Viktor Bakhtin Died!
It's with great sadness that I have to inform you that Russian artist Victor Bakhtin (1951) who took part in Two ANF projects (Extremadura and Copper River Delta, Alaska) passed away.
Victor lived since 1994 in Baraboo, Wisconsin, USA.
As an artist he worked a lot for the International Crane Foundation.
Founder and Director of the ICF Dr.George Archibald asked many years ago for our help to get Victor a visum for The States, and I had the pleasure to twice meet with Victor when I visited Wisconsin.
We will remember him as a kind, creative and gifted artist!
